About the Founder

Regina Mitchell brings strategy, credibility, and execution to reform work.

Regina Mitchell is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Mitchell Firm, LLC. She advises agencies, organizations, and cross-system partners on justice system reform, probation transformation, organizational strategy, and implementation support.

With more than two decades of leadership in juvenile and criminal justice, she has directed statewide initiatives, managed multidisciplinary teams, secured major investments, and helped jurisdictions translate policy goals into operational change.

Her work includes partnerships with organizations such as the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the Center for Juvenile Justice Reform at Georgetown University, the National Racial and Ethnic Disparities Center, and the Center for Trauma Recovery and Juvenile Justice.
